Where is the pick up/drop off location and can I leave my car?
Pick up is from beautiful Ballycastle on the Antrim coast, just 20 mins from the Giant’s Causeway. There is a space to leave your car while you’re away.
What are the pick up and drop off times?
Peak & Off Peak season:
Pick up 5pm, Drop off before 5pm.
Is there a minimum stay?
Peak Season:
5 Nights
Off Peak:
2 Nights
How many can travel and sleep in the van?
Both Lance and Amber can drive and sleep 3.
Is the van dog friendly?
Both vans are dog friendly and have built in dog kennels in the back suitable for small to medium size dogs.
We just ask that all pets are well behaved and stay down off the furniture. Any damages will unfortunately have to come out of your deposit.
Do we have to pay a deposit?
There is a £150 deposit taken with your booking payment. This is an additional charge and is fully refunded after your trip provided the van is returned in the same condition that you received it.
What age do I have to be to rent the van?
You must be between 21 and 79 years of age and have held your full driving license for over two years.
Can we cook in the van?
There is a single ring camping stove in the van and we supply pots, pans and all the cooking basics.
Is there a toilet and shower in the van?
You can rent a camping toilet from us for a £30/€30 charge.
We supply an outdoor shower.
Do we need to bring our own movies for the projector?
No, we have a wide range of movies preloaded onto a memory card – there’s something for everyone.
